  • How to get physical ticket
    Once you complete your ticket purchase, you will receive an email from BilleteBox.com containing all the details such as payment, billing, ticket price, and quantity. Your order email will also contain a unique order number and barcode. Just bring your order email with your photo ID to collect your tickets at the venue. This E-ticket (order email) will be treated as "Will Call" ticket purchases. At the event venue you can collect actual tickets and seat assignment. This is the best and most affordable way to purchase tickets.
     
  • Seating arrangement
    Unless otherwise mentioned, tickets purchased at BilleteBox.com will serve as "Will Call" tickets. Please bring the e-ticket and photo ID of the ticket holder to get your actual ticket at the event venue. The event promoter will make seating arrangements in each category/level. You are guaranteed to have a seat in the category/level you purchased. Please contact the event promoter in advance if you want to make specific seating arrangement.
     
  • Protection of personal information
    For security reasons, we never store your complete credit card details in our database. Credit card details are only used during the ordering process. BilleteBox.com is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer); all the detail transfers over the wire is encrypted. All your personal information is safe while purchasing tickets at BilleteBox.com.
